Message	How are you calculating/defining efficiency? Have you done any bench testing in a controlled setup (ie - two flow benches to control airflow through the hot side and cold side) The engineer in me is curious ;) By the way, are you having your cores manufactured by Niagara Thermal? The aluminum extrusions used in the V3 cores look exactly like what Niagara uses for theirs.
